I used citation format MLA STYLE on page 104 from the Little Seagull Handbook.

I chose Leilani Franco from book 2014 Guinness World Records Book because she is extremely flexible. I found it interesting that she could do all these things with her body, that a lot of other people cant. I can’t move my body in some ways Leilani can, but there are things I can do with my joints that make me extremely flexible as well. Yea it’s cool to be able to do these things, but then again there are a lot of problems that go with it, and things you are unable to do. She just reminded me of myself in some ways.
